Physiotherapy involves the diagnosis and treatment of health problems that cause pain, limit movement and affect normal daily activities. They use a combination of manual therapy, movement training, exercise programs and education. Physiotherapists are university trained health professionals with national registration.
Our physiotherapists can use a number of treatment methods to help you recover. All of our treating staff has undertaken further training in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling (using acupuncture needles). We can also use Kinesio taping to help facilitate muscle action.
Physiotherapy can help with a great number of musculoskeletal conditions. These can include muscle strains, ligament sprains, or tight, weak structures in sporting or any other active individuals.
We will assess your back pain or headaches and formulate a plan based on your goals to aid in your recovery. We have the latest equipment onsite, with a state of the art DMA Pilates studio and three spacious, private treatment rooms.
Brad also runs hydrotherapy and gym sessions twice a week (utilising our local Classic Health Gym and YMCA Recreation Centre), so we can follow you throughout your rehabilitation.
We aim to neutralise pain first and work towards your goals. We follow through with our treatment to ensure lasting results, and reduce the chances of the condition returning.
